Wellness checkups make sure we are in tip-top shape to keep you on your toes!
Well-visit checkups give us a chance to communicate with you about the growth, development, nutrition, and safety of your child. Our wellness checkups include a complete physical exam. Sometimes hearing, vision and other tests will be part of these visits. Vaccines may be scheduled at the same time as your child’s well visits.
Visits should occur at the following ages:
- Within the first 1-2 weeks of birth.
- 2 months
- 4 months
- 6 months
- 9 months
- 1 year
- 15 months
- 18 months
- 2 years
- 3 years
- 4 years
- 5 years
- 6 years
- 8 years
- 10 years
- 11 years
- Each year after that until age 21
